I'm Jay and I'm 26 years old. I am the new GM, Jeff's right
hand man. I just moved back from Colorado where I received my
Culinary Arts Degree. I love to eat the Chicken Club with cheese
fries. I also love to drink it down with an ice-cold blaster,
the drink not the shot because I have a small esophagus. I like
O'Connell's because of the learning ability and the knowledge
I'm going to gain from working here. |

I'm Sean from Bartlesville, OK and I'm 26 years old. I'm working
on my second degree at OU, which is Mechanical Engineering.
I am an adrenaline junkie and if you don't find me making drinks
and slinging liquor on the bar you will find me wakeboarding
behind my boat or riding 120mph on one wheel on my R1. I love
the great atmosphere of O'Connell's and the Ranch Hand with
mustard and jalapenos is my burger of choice at O'Connell's.

at the age of 16 and have been cooking ever since. I enjoy cooking
